We offer Free Shipping on all standard orders across India.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.Orders placed before 1:00 PM on a business day are typically shipped the same day (subject to payment confirmation, security checks, and stock availability).
Orders placed after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During peak or festive seasons, processing and shipping may take slightly longer.
Gift Boxes
A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all Gift Boxes, irrespective of order value.
Please note: Free Shipping offers do not apply to Gift Boxes.
Same Day Delivery (Select Cities) available in Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur, Agra, Bangalore, and Chennai.
A flat delivery charge of ₹150 applies.
Some pin codes may fall outside the same-day delivery radius. In such cases, the actual delivery cost will be shared with you via WhatsApp support or a phone call before dispatch.
Delivery Limitations
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
Orders requiring engraving or customization are shipped within 10 working days.
International Shipping Policy
Pricing & Shipping Charges
International retail prices are automatically displayed when the website is accessed from outside India.
Orders below ₹3,200 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹1,800. Orders above ₹3,200 qualify for Free Shipping.
Please note:
A portion of international shipping costs is already factored into the retail prices displayed to international customers.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
All orders are shipped via India Post Priority Airmail or DHL, depending on the destination network.
Estimated delivery time: 4–15 working days (Monday–Saturday), depending on your country.Delivery timelines are subject to customs clearance and may vary beyond our control.
Customs & Duties:
Import duties, taxes, tariffs, or VAT may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the order value and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused, either the cost of goods or the return shipping charges will be deducted before any refund is issued.
Order Tracking:

Gift Certificates:
• Gift Certificates cannot be cancelled.
• Users may request extension of expiry date within 3 days of purchase.
Cancellation by Company
•www.sanchatea.com reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
o Incorrect pricing
o Stock unavailability
o Any unforeseen issue
• In such cases, 100% refund will be issued.
Non-Delivery by User Error:
• If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, recipient unavailability, or related reasons, the extra re-delivery costs will be borne by the user.
Return & Replacement Policy
• Teas are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (as per FSSAI regulations for food products).
• Replacement will only be provided in cases of:
1. Damaged product during transit
2. Manufacturing defect
3. Wrong item delivered
Conditions for Replacement:
• Requests must be raised within the specified time frame via email.• Customers must send the product back only after receiving confirmation from us.
• Items returned without confirmation will not be processed.
• Replacement will be arranged via our logistics partner at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided in the following scenarios:
• If the replacement item is unavailable, alternatives will be suggested, but the final choice rests with the customer.
• If an order is confirmed but cannot be shipped on time, refunds will be processed on request.
• 100% refund if the product is unavailable or vendor is unable to ship.
• If delivery address is outside courier serviceable areas, 100% refund will be given.
International Shipping & Returns – Special Conditions
• Each item is sold by www.sanchatea.com and may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local regulations.
• The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with destination country laws.
• Import duties may be collected by the courier before delivery.
• International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs or postal authorities.
• Some products may not be eligible for manufacturer warranty/service outside India.
• International Returns: Food products (tea) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
