Originating from the Yunnan Province in China, Pu-erh tea dates back to the Tang & Ming dynasties of ancient China.
Known for their unique fermented character, Pu-erh teas continue to ferment post drying and rolling which is what differentiates this varietals from Black Teas. The master tea makers believe this fermentation over time add to the character and aroma of the tea as time passes by, as it ages.
Enjoy earthy & malty notes with hints of fruit that are pleasurable in this brew.
